Return policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unopened items purchased from our online store (md-product-usa.com) and shipped within the United States. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Orders shipped outside of the United States are also not eligible for return.
Please note that we are unable to provide direct international support (including shipping or collection), even for initial defects, if the product has been forwarded overseas via a third-party shipping service or taken abroad as a gift.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
- Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order.
- After-sales services and returns are only available for products purchased through our official online store.
To request a return, please email support@md-product-usa.com with the subject line “Return [#order number]” and include photos of the unopened product(s). We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization.
